Who holds your data

Saad Belmkaddem, trading as Ticker Trading, Barcelona, Spain. Email saadbel2004@gmail.com for anything on this page.

What I collect, and why

When you book a call, the form sends your name, WhatsApp number and email, your answers (where you are, your firm, what keeps breaking), the slot you picked and your time zone. I use them to arrange the call, send you the video link on WhatsApp and read your situation before we talk. The legal basis is a step you asked for before any contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

To stop bots from filling the calendar, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address next to the booking. The address itself is never stored. Basis: legitimate interest in keeping the booking system usable (Art. 6(1)(f)).

No newsletter. I won't add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone to sell to you.

Who else handles it

Some of these companies process data outside the EU. They do it under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long I keep it

Twelve months from the day you send the form, then the booking system deletes it on its own. You can have it deleted sooner: see below.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers or ad pixels, so there is nothing to consent to. The Instagram and Discord links open those sites, which have their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email me and I'll do it within 30 days, usually the same week. If you think I got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
